One of leadership’s biggest hidden risks is silence.

Not because people have nothing to say —
but because they choose not to say it.

As responsibility grows:

  • feedback becomes filtered
  • disagreement becomes careful
  • truth arrives late, if at all

Most leaders don’t lack intelligence or experience.
They lack unfiltered mirrors.

Athletes get feedback every day.
Leaders often get it only when results collapse. That gap is expensive.
