Experience is not the same as perspective.

Many leaders rely on experience to guide decisions.

That’s understandable.
But experience has a flaw: it’s always personal.

You can be experienced and still:

  • repeat the same thinking patterns
  • defend familiar solutions
  • miss how the context has changed

Athletes know this well.
That’s why even champions don’t coach themselves. Perspective doesn’t come from seniority.
It comes from structured challenge.
