In my work, I combine structure with commitment. I value clarity, analytical thinking, and systematic progress \u2014 but never at the expense of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Often, calmness is more effective than urgency. My goal is to help organizations reach their targets without losing direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leadership is not only work for me.

When something needs doing, I don’t just stand and watch. I organize so that it gets done \u2014 not always visibly, not always asked. And if it’s needed, I do it myself<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Motorcycling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I received my first motorcycle at the age of eleven. What began as transportation gradually became a way of thinking and leading \u2014 and, eventually, guiding others on the road. More about my motorcycling life and the tours I lead is on the Me & Motorcycle Tours page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with my wife, I have volunteered in organized marriage support work. The purpose is not therapy, but strengthening relationships through structured dialogue and responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
