Every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For change to succeed, people must be at the center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All work starts with people and ends with people \u2014 whether it\u2019s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>AI initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changes in ways of working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>integrating company cultures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>implementing new systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sales or leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Change does not happen on its own.<br>It requires direction, structure, and commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commitment is not created through instructions, but through the experience that the whole makes sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many organizations track customer satisfaction (NPS).<br>Fewer track employee experience (eNPS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The connection is clear:<br>when people are doing well, customers feel it.<br>And ultimately, it shows in the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My work focuses on situations where change has been decided \u2014 but is not yet happening in everyday work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I help organizations understand their situation more clearly,<br>find shared direction,<br>and turn change into practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My background is built on more than 40 years in IT infrastructure, sales, project management, and business leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have worked in environments where systems must function and where mistakes carry real consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">That has shaped how I operate:<br>responsibility is taken, <br>decisions are made, and <br>things are carried through.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border-color has-accent-5-border-color has-accent-5-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-width:12px;box-shadow:var(--wp--preset--shadow--deep)\">\n<p class=\"is-style-text-subtitle has-large-font-size is-style-text-subtitle--1\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\"><strong>Life Beyond Work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Leadership does not end with a job title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">I am a husband, father, and grandfather. Motorcycling has been part of my life since youth \u2014 first as a way of moving, later also as leading and guiding groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Together with my wife, I have been involved in volunteer work supporting marriages.
