Diagnose culture and readiness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Identify values, beliefs, and the organization\u2019s true capacity for change \u2014 not assumed readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Create a shared vision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Clarify why the initiative exists, what success looks like, and how it creates value for both the business and its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Train and involve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">People are not the targets of change.<br>They are the drivers of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
