I am a husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, motorcyclist, and volunteer in marriage support work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The roles vary. The foundation does not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Christian faith is the starting point of how I live and lead.
It shows in accountability, clarity in decision-making, and in meeting people openly and respectfully.

I do not create separate identities for different environments.
I operate from the same principles at work, on the road, and in everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christian faith is the foundation of my life.

Technical solutions, structures, and agreements only work when the human culture supports them.
